CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS

To cancel your order at any time, please contact our Customer Service Department. You can receive a refund of any Product that you ordered up to thirty (30) days after the completion of your order. Customers will receive a refund for the product ordered, and repetitive refunds are not allowed, unless at the time of delivery the product is defective. Sonic Glow Brush reserves the right to refuse to refund all customers who make repeated requests for refunds or who, in the opinion of Sonic Glow Brush, require refunds in bad faith.

In order to process the refund, you must contact our customer service and provide your name and account information. If you provide incorrect information, we will not be able to access your account and we will not complete the return. Refunds can take up to two weeks to appear on your credit card according to the bank that issued the credit card.
